Chris & Travis

‘An improvised show performed entirely in gibberish’ – I admit, at first I was leery. However, the concept worked, and what followed was an unexpected treat.
Chris Ross and Travis Bernhardt work well together and make good use of the stage at the Unitarian Church. It is apparent that they enjoy themselves immensely onstage, and their enthusiasm is infectious. Their use of gibberish (occasionally punctuated with a word or short phrase of actual English) was surprisingly comprehensible, and not only did the audience comprehend their stories, but they were eager to participate and entirely at east.
Incredibly fun, unabashedly silly and adorably irreverent. Going to church will never be the same again…and that’s okay with me!
